Four crows work to build the machine, as one finds a new process, not so easily jammed into the works. The piece is made entirely of assorted papers, with a touch of ink on the “circuit board” . The black papers are burnished to give the effect of metal. The border of green textured paper has embossments of clock parts—gears, screws, clock face, etc. to mark the passage of time. Displayed in a black shadowbox frame 11 x 11 x 2”
This is a very dark piece and needs careful lighting to appreciate the details.
