The Little Story
My neighbor, Hazel told me to put a rotten banana out to attract butterflies. It worked, but the photos I got were a mix of gorgeous and gross. Good thing they are just reference photos! Here embossed vellum defines the butterfly on the top layer. There are multiple layers under this translucent paper to create the details in the insect and the background. This is either an Appalachian Brown Butterfly or an Eyed Brown Butterfly. They are very similar and whoever it is apparently likes bananas.
